What you’ll own
- Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets for hardware, software, account, connectivity, and basic security issues across Mac and Windows devices.
- Support employee onboarding by provisioning accounts, setting up and imaging devices, managing app access, and completing basic Microsoft 365 / Entra ID administration.
- Support endpoint management and IT operations using tools such as NinjaOne, maintain accurate ticket and asset records, and escalate complex issues with clear documentation.
What you bring
- 0-2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role; internships and co-op experience count.
- Basic familiarity with macOS and Windows, core networking concepts such as Wi-Fi, VPNs and printers, and the ability to learn new enterprise tools quickly.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset, with the ability to support employees clearly and professionally.
- A practical, curious mindset with strong troubleshooting instincts and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
- The ability to manage helpdesk priorities, stay organized, document work accurately, and deliver reliable support in a fast-moving environment.
- A collaborative approach and a desire to contribute to a positive, inclusive IT and employee support experience.
- Experience creating clear, user friendly documentation and how-to guides for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to have
- Exposure to Microsoft 365 / Entra ID, RMM or endpoint management platforms, SSO/identity tools, or tools such as NinjaOne, Netskope, CrowdStrike Falcon, Jira, or Confluence.
- Experience working in a technology, SaaS, or other fast-paced environment is an asset.
- Basic PowerShell or Bash scripting familiarity, or a CompTIA A+ or similar certification, is a nice-to-have but not required.
