Salina FUMC in Salina, Kansas, is seeking a full-time Next Gen Director to lead ministry for children and youth from birth through age 18. This is an opportunity to bring fresh vision, energy, and leadership to ministries with a strong foundation - including engaging spaces, committed volunteers, paid university interns, and a history of meaningful experiences such as VBS, camps, mission trips, and service opportunities.

We’re looking for a relational, spiritually mature, proactive leader who loves building genuine relationships with children, students, families, and volunteers. The Next Gen Director has the opportunity to shape a unified vision for children’s and youth ministry, equip volunteers, oversee interns, strengthen connections with families, create meaningful faith experiences, and become an active presence in the Salina community. We value someone who is a good listener, strong communicator, organized self-starter, creative collaborator, and trusted presence who understands that effective ministry begins with showing up and building relationships.
