Job Description
As a Security Officer Driver Customer Service Patrol in Quincy, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate data center location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and incident reporting. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. You will deliver exceptional customer service and communication while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, team-focused, and integrity-driven values.

- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate data center location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating information through established communication channels.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor access to restricted areas, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate logs and incident reports in accordance with site procedures.
- Observe and report unusual conditions, equipment issues, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
