Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients with professionalism and exceptional customer service
- Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility
- Submit and track insurance claims
- Review treatment estimates and explain insurance coverage to patients
- Answer patient questions regarding insurance, billing, and account balances
- Process patient payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Manage collections and outstanding account balances professionally and effectively
- Coordinate patient scheduling and maintain an efficient daily schedule
- Support a positive patient experience while helping ensure smooth office operations
Qualifications
- Previous dental front office experience required
- Strong dental insurance verification experience required
- Dental PPO insurance knowledge required
- Collections experience required
- Experience with Open Dental preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
- Ability to build rapport with patients and work effectively as part of a team
