Job type: Part-time, weekends only
Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Applicants must be available for weekend shifts; specific shift times will be discussed during the hiring process.
Wage: $15.00-$17.10 per hour (based on experience and position)
Weekend Team Member
Rocky's Burgers, Franks & Fries is hiring a dependable Team Member for a weekends-only position at our Williston location. In this role, you will prepare food, serve guests, keep work areas clean, handle transactions, and support the team during busy weekend shifts.
About Us
Rocky's is a locally owned restaurant founded by Mike Sartwell and his family. The menu features fresh, never-frozen ground steak burgers, all-beef franks, hand-cut fries, homemade chili, hand-spun shakes, and other made-to-order items.
The restaurant serves guests through dine-in, drive-thru, online ordering, and delivery. Team Members help provide prompt, accurate service while maintaining food quality and hospitality.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
Prepare & Cook: Ensure every menu item meets Rocky's high standards of freshness and quality.
Deliver Excellent Service: Provide friendly, efficient service to every guest.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the kitchen and dining areas clean and organized.
Handle Inventory & Cash: Help restock supplies and manage transactions accurately.
Work as a Team: Collaborate with coworkers to keep restaurant operations running smoothly.

What We're Looking For:
Availability to work scheduled shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Restaurant, food service, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
