ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an Integrity Partner to help create safe, respectful and supportive environments across Australian Cricket. With a strong focus on investigation, safeguarding and trauma-informed practice, this role plays an important part in ensuring people feel confident to raise concerns and are supported through sensitive matters with care and fairness.

You will lead and support integrity investigations across areas such as conduct, respect, competition assurance and other integrity matters, working closely with legal and integrity colleagues where matters progress to hearing. Throughout this work, you will help ensure processes are thoughtful, consistent and centred on the wellbeing of those involved.

A key focus will be leading the ongoing development of CA’s Child Safeguarding Framework for Elite and Pathway Teams, including delivering safeguarding briefings before camps and tours and supporting child safety matters across the game when needed. You will also contribute to education, resources, reporting, triage and process improvements that strengthen safe behaviours and build trust across cricket.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years’ experience conducting investigations related to behavioural misconduct and child safety matters, with a trauma-informed approach.
• Strong understanding of integrity codes, policies, governance principles, child safety frameworks and risk management.
• Ability to work through complex and sensitive issues, analyse information, evaluate options and recommend practical solutions.
• Excellent communication, organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prepare clear written advice, reports and resources.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships, influence outcomes and work effectively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience supporting compliance regimes, governance controls, change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• A proactive self-starter who can work both autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
• An appropriate tertiary qualification and relevant experience is desirable.
