The Role

Your role

You will serve as the primary counterpart to customers’ security organizations, leading security service proposals and consulting delivery. Drawing on proven expertise and know-how in security management and governance developed through outsourcing services, you will provide end-to-end support for the development, implementation, and operation of security initiatives across customer organizations, helping them address complex cybersecurity challenges.

What you will do

• Strengthen security governance and drive security initiatives across customer organizations, including group companies, business partners, and overseas locations

• Lead the development and deployment of security standards and management processes, primarily within IT infrastructure environments

• Establish and maintain security governance, manage risks, assess and improve compliance, and lead audit responses

• Lead or support the proposal and implementation of new initiatives and solutions in response to evolving cyber threats and regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with customers’ security teams and internal and external stakeholders to drive projects forward

• Work primarily remotely, with office attendance and customer-site visits as required

Who You Are

Required skills and experience

Candidates must possess experience in at least one of the following areas:

• 3+ years of extensive knowledge and experience as a security consultant, preferably gained across multiple companies

• 3+ years of extensive knowledge and experience establishing or operating security governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks, preferably gained across multiple companies

• 3+ years of extensive project management experience driving and deploying security initiatives or security solutions, preferably gained across multiple companies

In addition, candidates must possess:

• Basic knowledge and skills across IT infrastructure, including operating systems, networks, and cloud environments

• Basic knowledge and skills across information security and cybersecurity

Preferred skills and experience

• Relevant certifications such as CRISC, CGEIT, CERA, CISA, CISSP, or CCSP

• TOEIC score of 730 or above
