## About this Role

We are seeking a Fixed Asset Accounting Specialist to support accurate and timely management accounting and financial reporting for Vantage Towers within Finance Operations. Based in Ahmedabad with a hybrid working arrangement, the role is responsible for processing financial journals, maintaining effective controls and supporting monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.

The successful candidate will manage fixed-asset accounting activities, including capitalisation, disposal, depreciation, reconciliations and cost reclassifications. The role also involves stakeholder management, compliance reporting and interpreting new accounting procedures to assess their operational impact.

## What you’ll do

Account for capital expenditure and the associated direct-cost journals.

Complete interface, subledger and balance-sheet reconciliations.

Manage fixed-asset movements, including capitalisation, disposal and depreciation.

Process reclassifications between operating expenditure and capital expenditure.

Prepare monthly management information and financial reports.

Maintain SOX control compliance and deliver agreed key performance indicators.

Contribute to internal and external financial reporting and compliance activities.

Provide managers and leaders with accurate and complete financial information about group or market performance.

Apply accounting best practices when interpreting new procedures and assessing their potential impact.

Deliver activities within agreed service levels, with a focus on preventing errors and escalations.

Maintain controls 004, 005 and 010 within agreed timelines and service-level requirements.

Demonstrate behaviours aligned with company values and follow applicable policies, procedures and safety standards when working with customers, colleagues and suppliers.

## Who you are

You have three to five years of Accounts Payable experience and sound accounting knowledge.

You understand asset accounting processes, financial reporting concepts and Finance Operations.

You can manage stakeholder relationships and respond constructively to challenging situations.

You communicate effectively in English. German-language capability is preferred but not essential.

You have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and practical experience using SAP or another enterprise resource planning platform.

You are familiar with Power BI and agentic AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot.
