• Supporting project teams from preconstruction through project closeout
• Coordinating project documentation, communications, and approvals
• Assisting with project schedules, reporting, and tracking milestones
• Participating in project meetings and documenting action items
• Reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Coordinating with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
• Tracking submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
• Supporting procurement and material coordination efforts
• Monitoring project progress and helping identify potential risks or issues by completing a weekly progress report onsite
• Assisting with project closeout documentation and turnover requirements

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through
• Ability to build relationships with field and office teams
• Desire to learn commercial construction and project management
• Comfortable visiting jobsites throughout the Houston area
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software (procore & bluebeam)
• Construction, engineering, project coordination, or related experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering ABET accredited school

• Competitive salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually
