Automotive Retail Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Retail Sales Executive to join our Automotive team based at our head office in Bedford MK43 9EJ. (Due to the location, you must have access to a vehicle)

In this role, you will manage the auction and remarketing process for a portfolio of retail clients, ensuring vehicles are handled efficiently and customers receive exceptional service throughout their journey.

Working closely with the Head of Inside Sales and internal departments, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, maintaining accurate records through our Automotive Portal, achieving sales and referral targets, and ensuring all customer SLAs and KPIs are met.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing customer accounts and supporting the vehicle remarketing process.
• Acting as a key point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting through our Automotive Portal.
• Supporting sales growth, customer retention, and continuous service improvement.
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures, audit requirements, and service standards.

What we're looking for:

• Experience within Automotive, Insurance Loss, Remarketing, or a similar industry.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Target-driven with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• A proactive team player who can also work independently.
