What You’ll Do

• Provide day-to-day SAP Security and Authorization support across managed service environments
• Design, create, modify, and maintain SAP roles, profiles, and authorizations
• Manage user access and resolve SAP authorization and access-related issues
• Support SAP audits, SoD analysis, security documentation, and remediation activities
• Support SAP GRC activities and security-related upgrades, enhancements, and projects where applicable
• Collaborate with customers and functional/technical teams, document solutions, and participate in on-call support when required

Key Criteria

• 3+ years’ experience in SAP Security and Authorization support, with strong hands-on role design and user administration
• Experience supporting SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA, including authorization troubleshooting and SAP Fiori security
• Understanding of SAP transport management, change control, and security governance processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, English communication, and customer/stakeholder management skills
• Experience with SAP GRC/SoD, SAP BTP security, or SAP Security certification is highly regarded

Work setup

Philippines: Remote work setup, with participation in customer-facing support and on-call/after-hours activities when required.
