Key Responsibilities

• Wash and disinfect dishes, pots, pans, utensils, dishwasher and kitchen equipment following proper procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including floors, counters, and cooking equipment
• Maintain clean, sanitized floors (sweep/mop) - Front/Back of House
• Ensure trash cans are emptied and ready for use - Front/Back of House
• Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines to comply with health regulations
• Properly store clean dishes and ensure their availability at all times
• Assist other staff members with various tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Minimal prior experience as a dishwasher preferred

• Good communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
