Technical Quality Assurance - Sr Professional IAbout your role:
You will join Fiserv in a quality assurance role supporting critical testing initiatives across compliance, business-as-usual releases, and migration programs. In this role, you will execute and plan testing activities for VisionPLUS-related projects, with a focus on ensuring quality, traceability, and delivery readiness across card processing platforms. You will work closely with internal technology teams, user acceptance testing teams, and project stakeholders to deliver structured test execution and issue management for regulated financial services environments.
What you’ll do:
- Execute test planning and test execution activities for small projects and assigned release initiatives across compliance, BAU, and migration programs.
- Review business requirements and functional specification documents to define test scope, test plans, test scenarios, and detailed test scripts.
- Perform functional and system testing for VisionPLUS modules, with emphasis on CMS, FAS, TRAMS, and ITS.
- Coordinate daily end-to-end test activities with test managers and project teams to help ensure testing commitments and timelines are met.
- Document test execution results and provide end-of-day project test reporting for assigned initiatives.
- Manage defects independently using established defect management processes and tools, and act as a coordination point between UAT teams and internal technical teams.
- Support presentment file preparation and testing for card scheme processing and transaction validation.
- Use test management, defect management, automation, and AI-enabled testing tools to support efficient execution and documentation of the testing lifecycle.
- Act as an incident management lead during dress rehearsal and go-live events for assigned projects.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to strengthen test processes, deliverables, and quality outcomes.

Experience you’ll need to have:
- 4+ years of experience in test planning, test execution, and test documentation for enterprise application testing projects.
- 4+ years of experience in VisionPLUS modules, including CMS, FAS, TRAMS, and ITS.
- 4+ years of experience in preparing test plans, test scenarios, and detailed test scripts from business requirements and functional specification documents.
- 4+ years of experience in using test management and defect management tools such as ALM/QC, JIRA, or qTest.
- 4+ years of experience in defect lifecycle management, issue triage, and coordination between user acceptance testing teams and technical delivery teams.
- 4+ years of experience in scheme simulator testing for card networks such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, RuPay, or UPI.
- 4+ years of experience in automated test case creation, maintenance, and execution using test automation frameworks.
- 4+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience
Experience that would be great to have:
- Experience with presentment file preparation and validation for card scheme testing.
- Experience using AI tools such as Copilot or Claude to improve test design, script creation, or test execution workflows.
- Experience supporting compliance testing, migration programs, and production readiness events in financial services.
- Experience serving as an incident management lead during dress rehearsals or go-live activities.
- Experience representing QA status, risks, and issue resolution needs in stakeholder meetings.
