The Motor City Cruise are seeking a dependable, energetic, and detail-oriented Game Day Activation Assistant to help bring our home game experience to life. This role supports concourse activations, sponsor elements, giveaways, retail operations, and other Business Operations initiatives throughout the arena.

Working alongside Cruise staff, you will help prepare spaces before doors open, support activations during games, and break down and store materials afterward. Your work will help create an organized and welcoming experience for fans, partners, vendors, and arena staff.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Set up concourse areas before doors open, including signage, tables, displays, sponsor elements, decorations, and promotional materials.
• Help prepare and operate fan activations, interactive stations, giveaways, and other concourse experiences.
• Organize and distribute promotional items before and during games.
• Support game day retail operations, including team store setup, merchandise organization, inventory support, restocking, and basic customer service.
• Keep activation and concourse areas clean, organized, stocked, and ready for fans throughout the game.
• Provide friendly, professional assistance to fans, partners, vendors, and arena staff.
• Reset activation areas, replenish supplies, and address minor setup needs during games.
• Break down concourse elements after games and store materials properly.
• Communicate setup needs, timing, supply levels, and any issues to Cruise staff.
• Perform other game day duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Dependability, punctuality, and availability to work Motor City Cruise home games, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Ability to follow direction, take initiative on assigned tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfort interacting with fans and representing the Motor City Cruise professionally.
• Ability to lift, move, and set up event materials as needed.
• Previous experience in sports, events, promotions, hospitality, retail, or customer service preferred but not required.
