Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with service drive customers to acquire their vehicles for dealership inventory
- Use AutoAlert to identify and contact potential trade-in customers
- Appraise customer vehicles- take detailed photos and use your phone to scan and upload vehicles into our appraisal system
- Follow up with customers via phone, text, and in-person to facilitate trades or purchases
- Walk the service lane and confidently initiate conversations with customers
- Source vehicles from Facebook Marketplace and other platforms for dealership purchase
- Work closely with management to support dealership acquisition goals
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
- Strong ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
- Comfortable using technology and mobile tools for appraisals and communication
- Prior experience in automotive sales, service, or acquisitions a plus
- Excel proficiency helpful, but not required
- Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive
