WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Building up a team of AI engineers in Warsaw by hiring talents with the right capabilities and mindset.
Further developing the competencies and capabilities of the engineers in Warsaw location through continuously coaching and mentoring of engineers in your reporting line
Being the servant leader and taking on the role as Scrum Master of 1-2 smaller teams working on AI initiatives with focus on ensuring they are achieving the desired business outcomes.
Working closely with a number of stakeholders including other Engineering Managers, Product Management, and UX to understand and refine the customer outcomes that you and your teams are responsible for delivering
Helping the teams set business goals using the OKR framework, and contributing to implement and improve agile processes for your teams as well as our area as a whole.
Understanding and defining relevant engineering metrics to gain insight into the quality of your team’s software deliveries and help drive improvements
Fostering a healthy working environment with psychological safety and a culture of innovation within the teams you lead as well as among the engineers within your reporting line.
WHAT WE VALUE

Experience with engineering recruitment and building teams cross functional teams
Strong technical foundation and experience from a product development organization working as an engineer as well as in the role of scrum master or agile coach
Focus on continuously collecting feedback and taking action to drive improvements and personal growth
Experience from a global company with distributed team – ideally within the financial sector
Experience with AI, vibe-coding, agentic workflows etc.
