JOB DESCRIPTION:
SUMMARY OF POSITION
Develops, maintains and manages outpatient clinical and rehabilitative services for adult consumers. Coordinators will have one interdisciplinary team addressing mental illness, co-occurring, and addiction through approaches that are responsive to both the needs of clients and community expectations and are consistent with guidelines for best practice interventions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborates with management to identify growth opportunities, including but not limited to addictions, forensics, and evidenced based practices. Develop and manage the budget, utilization review, and all clinical and administrative outcomes.
- Recruits, trains and supervises, ensuring compliance with all Centerstone policies for positions under his/her direct supervision, providing regular feedback and support and conducting annual performance reviews.
- Provides supervision to clinical supervisors/team leads, manages the interdisciplinary treatment team process, and ensures quality of care for treatment provided. Creates and supports the recovery philosophy.
- Engages in community and public relations activities, developing and maintaining partnerships and collaborative working relationships with relevant community agencies, and other referral sources.
Job Qualifications:
Education Level
Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
Years of Experience
Three to five years experience in supervision within a behavioral health environment is preferred.
Certification/Licensure
Licensure or path to licensure is required.
