1st Shift Mon - Thurs 5:00AM - 3:30pm,
2nd shift Mon - Thurs 3:30PM - 2:00AM
The Material Kitter is responsible for accurately picking, preparing kits of materials, components, or parts required for production, assembly, or shipment. This role ensures all kits meet quality and quantity requirements while maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting efficient material flow throughout the shop.

The Material Kitter is responsible for accurately picking, preparing kits of materials, components, or parts required for production, assembly, or shipment. This role ensures all kits meet quality and quantity requirements while maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting efficient material flow throughout the shop.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential duties and responsibilities include the following.
- Pick and or components according to work orders, or production schedules.
- Verify kit contents for accuracy, completeness, and quality prior to release.
- Update inventory records and report shortages, discrepancies, or damaged items.
- Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and other stock control activities.
- Coordinate with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Stage materials for jobs to be processed in department (Welding)
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Blueprint reading or Metal fabrication experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills ( ERP or inventory management software experience a plus)
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to read and write English
- Forklift experience
- Bilingual - Spanish

- Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or material handling preferred
Pay $17-$19 based on experience.
