The Opportunity

An established SAP consulting organisation is looking for an SAP Customer Experience Consultant to support clients with CRM and customer experience transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on SAP Customer Experience solutions
• Analyse CRM and customer experience processes
• Support SAP CX implementation projects
• Gather business requirements and contribute to solution design
• Participate in workshops and client meetings
• Support testing and implementation activities

Your Profile

• Experience with SAP Customer Experience / CRM
• Understanding of customer and sales processes
• Consulting or implementation experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluent German and strong English skills
