Your mission

As an Operations Specialist National & International Transports (m/f/d), you will play a key role in coordinating and executing reliable national and international road freight operations across the European Union. Depending on your qualifications and experience, the position may be filled at the Specialist or Junior Specialist level, offering opportunities for growth and development.

You will act as a central point of contact for customers, carriers, drivers, and external service providers, ensuring smooth transport execution, proactive communication, and high service quality. Your responsibilities include coordinating transports, managing customer inquiries, resolving operational issues, supporting transport planning, and ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.

In addition, you will support administrative and financial processes, including transport documentation, system updates, reporting, invoice verification, cost control, and data accuracy. Through your work, you will contribute to efficient operations, customer satisfaction, and continuous process improvement.

In this role, you will:
  • Coordinate national and international road freight transports across the European Union.
  • Plan and optimize transport schedules, routes, vehicles, and driver assignments.
  • Monitor transport execution and proactively resolve operational issues and delays.
  • Act as the main contact person for customers, carriers, drivers, and logistics partners.
  • Ensure smooth communication and coordination between all parties involved.
  • Maintain accurate transport documentation and support administrative processes.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and company requirements.
  • Analyze operational performance and contribute to process improvements and cost optimization.
  • Support the achievement of service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.


Your profile


  • Successfully completed vocational training in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field.
  • First professional experience as a transport dispatcher or in international transport operations is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a structured and solution-oriented approach.
  • Experience with transport management systems (TMS) and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and make effective decisions.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a strong service orientation and a proactive approach.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills combined with a high level of responsibility and reliability.
  • Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate confidently with different stakeholders.
