Job Title: Senior / Lead Business Analyst – Cards & Payments - Mainframe
Location: Pune / Bangalore
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
Conduct requirement workshops and solution design discussions.
Perform impact assessments for regulatory, product, and system changes.
Act as a liaison between business, technology, and testing teams.
Support end-to-end project delivery through Agile and SDLC methodologies.
Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
Facilitate UAT, production deployments, and post-implementation support.
Drive requirement sign-offs and manage stakeholder communications.
Support multi-country and large-scale payment transformation initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification preferred.
