Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and professional assistance regarding products, services, orders, and account-related inquiries. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues efficiently, and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
- Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and service issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, policies, and procedures.
- Process customer orders, returns, refunds, and service requests.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Meet departmental service standards and performance metrics.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services when appropriate.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service delivery.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies.
Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma, Intermediate, or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center operations, or a related role.
- Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
