Cashier Customer Service - Ala Moana Store

Even our Cashiers contribute to the overall experience. It all adds up to providing shoppers with that satisfying "I'm-totally-coming-back-here" feeling. We have a position open for a Full-Time Cashier Customer Service Rep. (Seasonal) at our Ala Moana Retail store.

Duties:

• Welcome guests with genuine "Aloha"; assist customers to meet their shopping needs, for example by providing information and fielding questions about our products
• Create the most pleasant experience possible by providing exceptional service to all customers
• Upsell and boost sales by interacting with customers
• Ring up purchases and ensuring the final stage of the store experience is accurate, efficient, informative and engaging
• Instill a memorable sense of warmth and sincere experience to help inspire return customer visits
• Perform basic computer procedures for daily Point-Of-Sale (POS) opening and closing procedures
• Assist in merchandising and inventory management, such as stock rotation; arranging products and store displays
• Assist with other store-related activities as needed.

Qualifications:

• A positive and personable disposition who enjoys assisting customers
• Ability to communicate and share information with team and customers
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Able to bend, lift and stretch, including ability to climb a stockroom ladder
• Honest, hardworking and caring
• Frequent standing and walking during the shift duration.

Work Hours:

• Currently Ala Moana Mall hours are 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. daily. Must be available to start before and after normal store hours for opening and closing procedures. Extended hours during monthly inventory, and peak seasons throughout the year, for example, November and December. Schedule subject to operational changes.
