Description
Develop & implement test solutions for simple to medium & high complex PCBA and controllers assemblies. Release NPI test procedures by working with product groups and suppliers. Collaborate with supplier for test fixture development for the new products and deployment of the test fixture at the supplier's location. Implements test upgrade for sustaining products based on the new design upgrade at supplier site. Collaborate with Supply Chain and Engineering for business value enhancement opportunities Years of Experience: Bachelor's degree with minimum 8 years of relevant experience/master's with minimum 6 years of relevant experience Bachelor's/master's degree in electrical & Electronics, Electronics and Communication engineering. Demonstrated knowledge in creating manual/semi-automated/fully automated test solutions for PCBA's and Controllers assemblies Electrical and Electronics Circuit theory knowledge Testing & measuring equipment knowledge. Proficient in Problem solving tools like, 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, FMEA, DOE, pareto analysis, PFMEA etc. Strong ability to read electrical drawings, schematics, specifications, interpretation of BOM, Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Statistical Process Control (SPC) practiced at supplier end Excellent communication and presentation skills
