Description

This is a grant-funded, part-time, time-limited position to support the Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention Program (AA 158).   This staff member will assist with the implementation of high-quality, evidence-based programming in support of the program.
  • Complete participant registration and maintain all required participant records.
  • Obtain necessary parental consent forms for each registered student group.
  • Assist in providing monitoring for pre-, post-, and follow-up surveys and evaluations and ensure timely submission for each student group ensuring a reliable submission.
  • Deliver approved evidence-based curricula following fidelity requirements and state guidelines.
  • Recruit participants and coordinate communication with schools, families, and community partners.
  • Prepare curriculum materials, educational supplies, and classroom resources.
  • Participate in required state training, meetings, community engagement events, and improvement efforts.
  • Assist with grant reporting, documentation, monitoring activities, and quality improvement efforts.
  • Support sustainability planning, documentation of program outcomes, and grant closeout activities during the final year of the project.
  • Perform other grant-related program coordination duties as assigned.
  • Graduation from a four-year college or university.
  • Experience in community programs working with parents and youth.
  • The ability to work well with individuals from diverse backgrounds to deliver evidence-based teen pregnancy prevention programming.
Criminal Records check, drug screen, and references will be required for the successful candidate.
