Responsibilities:

• Perfoms time studies in order to get the real cycle time and also detec at the same time throuhg an analysis the potential improvements on the operation.
• Verify the process capability wih the results of the time studies and then with the process engineering established actions to improve and/or correct them if is needed.
• Develops the Standard Work Combination Sheet, Work station Lay out and include them on the processs information. Previous revision and authorization of the process engineer.
• Develops and maintains update the necessary documents to established the production standard (SOP, procedures, Forms, etc.) when is needed.
• Performs a revision of materials used in order to confirm that the BOM is met and
• submit the updated results to engineering manager to be reviewed and then the engineering manager request the material consumption on the SAP system.
• Participe on the improvement projects (Kaizen, lean system, VPS projects, 6 sigma, etc.)
• Review with the process engineer the current processes in order to improve the methods efficiency and/or look for improvement ideas.

Qualifications:

• Student of industrial Engineering or Similar.
• Knowledge in time studies realization.
• Reports elaboration using Office software.
