Fleet Maintenance Associate

About This Role:

Reporting to the Transportation Manager and Supervisor, we are looking for an energetic Fleet Maintenance Associate who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys challenges, and is team player able to assess and schedule cleaning and maintenance on our equipment.

Workplace Arrangements:

The schedule for this role is Monday-Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm at our Transportation Hub in Salisbury, New Brunswick (3058 Fredericton Road).

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Washing all trucks and trailers;

• Checking yard for equipment needing repair or maintenance;

• Reporting Maintenance issues to Fleet Supervisor;

• Complete basic repairs (i.e. lightbulbs, grease);

• Record hub, odometer and tread depth readings.

What You’ll Bring:

• Completion of High School; 

• Demonstrated working knowledge of transportation equipment;

• Good communication skills;

• Strong time management and scheduling skills;

• Must be comfortable with outdoor work;

• Must be self-motivated and able to stay on task.

Hourly Rate

$20.48 - $29.15
