As an HCP Onboarding Specialist at PwC Acceleration Center Kuala Lumpur, you will play a pivotal role in managing the onboarding process for healthcare professionals, confirming compliance and accuracy in data management. Within our Risk and Compliance practice, you will focus on confirming adherence to regulatory requirements and mitigating risks for clients. You will provide guidance on compliance strategies and help clients navigate complex regulatory landscapes.

In this role at PwC, you will handle administrative coordination for HCP engagements, including data entry, portal onboarding support, and compliance documentation. You will work closely with internal teams to confirm timely, accurate, and compliant onboarding of HCPs, escalating exceptions as needed and maintaining readiness for engagement. Responsibilities
- Coordinating administrative tasks for HCP engagements, including data entry and portal onboarding support
- Conducting debarment and exclusion screenings to maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Managing HCP tiering and Conflict of Interest documentation to support engagement approval processes
- Collaborating with internal teams to confirm timely and accurate onboarding of HCPs
- Escalating exceptions and anomalies to appropriate client team members for resolution
- Supporting HCPs through portal onboarding, assisting with registration and troubleshooting
- Performing due diligence activities, including Conflict of Interest reviews and stakeholder coordination
- Documenting exceptions and maintaining thorough records for audit readiness and transparency reporting
- Collaborating with business owners, compliance, and legal teams to confirm onboarding consistency
- Conducting Fair Market Value tiering tasks and aligning them with defined parameters
- Informing teams of travel or FMV exception requests to trigger system reviews and document outcomes
- Utilizing compliance frameworks and standards to guide regulatory compliance program maintenance
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's degree relevant experience in life sciences, healthcare operations, compliance, or consulting is preferred
- 1–4 years of experience in HCP engagement operations, compliance, or medical affairs support
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia/Vietnamese/Thai
- Familiarity with fair market value tiering, COI management
- Working knowledge of Reltio, Veeva, Interactions Hub, or similar CRM/ HCP engagement systems
