Responsibilities

 •    Daily inspection, troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment, automatic control and power distribution system.
•    Implement preventive maintenance with work order, keep equipment records and inspection reports.
•    According to work orders make the improvement for prevent maintenance plan.
•    Assist electrical wiring, commissioning and acceptance for new equipment and technical renovation.
•    Lead operator to do simple maintenance tasks and built AM capability for production team.
•    Abide by electrical safety operation rules strictly,  analyze failure causes and optimize electrical control system
•    Building the maintenance standard and teach other electrical technician;
•    Manage electrical spare parts and submit purchasing application.
 

Requirement

•    Technical secondary school or above, prefer College degree, major in electrical automation or mechatronics.  
•    At least 5 years, prefer more than 10 years electrical relevant working experience in food/Comestic/pharmacy manufacturing industry, Work experience in large foreign company is preferred
•    Able to read electrical drawings and use maintenance measuring tools proficiently.
•    Familiar with common electrical components and on-site fault elimination.
•    Strong safety awareness, accept shift work and emergency repair
