Huntington Station, New York 11746We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Bilingual Medical Receptionist to join our Allergy Division. This position will support multiple practices across Long Island and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with patients, thrives in a fast-paced medical office environment, and is comfortable traveling between locations.This position will provide coverage at our Glen Oaks, Hicksville, Huntington, and Brentwood locations based on the needs of the practices.

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday Thursday 9:00AM-6:00PM
Saturday 8:00AM-1:00PM
What You’ll Do
Greet and check in patients while providing excellent customer service
Schedule appointments and assist with patient registration
Answer phones, process messages, and assist with general office communication
Verify insurance, collect copays, and maintain accurate patient information
Support referrals, forms, scanning, and front desk administrative tasks
Assist patients and families with questions regarding office processes and appointments
Adapt quickly to different office workflows and team environments
Maintain professionalism, organization, and attention to detail in fast-paced settings
Travel between offices based on operational needs
What We’re Looking For
1-3 years of Medical Receptionist experience required
Experience with AthenaOne and/or Phreesia strongly preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish required
Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Comfortable traveling between multiple office locations
High School Diploma or equivalent required
The Physical Side of the Job:
You'll be on your feet, moving around the office, assisting patients, and handling paperwork.

Compensation Offered:
Hourly - Hourly Plan, 21.00 USD HourlyThe salary/rate provided complies with local regulations and reflects the potential base compensation for this role. Actual salary/rate may vary above or below based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
