What You Will Be Doing
We’re seeking a data-driven and collaborative Lead Digital Technology & Marketing Analytics professional to help transform data into actionable business insights across digital, marketing, operations, and enterprise functions. In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across digital marketing, customer service, operations, engineering, R&D, and IT to support the integration, management, and analysis of data from a variety of sources.
You will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining dashboards, reports, visualizations, and self-service analytics solutions that enable business users to make informed decisions and support strategic initiatives. Partnering with centralized data and technology teams, you’ll help define data architecture, manage data pipelines, validate datasets, develop data models, and support data governance best practices across the organization.
As a key member of the analytics function, you will drive adoption of analytics tools through user training and enablement, collaborate on prioritizing business requests, and contribute to test-and-learn initiatives including A/B testing and incremental analysis. Your ability to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and communicate insights clearly will play a critical role in advancing data-driven decision making across the business.
What You Bring
· Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
· Minimum of 8+ years of experience working with enterprise-level information systems, data analytics, business intelligence, or related disciplines.
· Advanced understanding of statistics, mathematics, data modeling, and analytical methodologies.
· Strong experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Domo, or similar tools.
· Advanced SQL skills with demonstrated ability to query, transform, validate, and analyze complex datasets.
· Experience designing and supporting ETL processes, data pipelines, data architecture, and data modeling solutions.
· Experience working with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics.
· Familiarity with eCommerce environments and order management systems.
· Understanding of digital marketing and media measurement methodologies, including marketing mix modeling, multi-touch attribution, customer segmentation, and customer lifetime value analysis.
· Demonstrated success transforming complex data into actionable insights and business recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, technology, operations, engineering, customer service, and business functions.
· Knowledge of data governance principles, reporting standards, and data quality best practices.
· Strong verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate insights clearly and credibly.
· Proven ability to train, support, and drive adoption of self-service analytics and reporting tools.
· Highly organized and self-motivated with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
· Flexible and adaptable with a willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and business processes.
· Experience working with digital technology, marketing, sales, manufacturing, consumer products, or golf industry datasets is a plus.
· Ability to travel as needed to support business initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
