Rust Medical Center is seeking an RN for their acute step down...We welcome applications from both new graduates and experienced RNs! New graduates have the opportunity to participate in our mandatory residency program, which includes monthly seminars led by the Nurse Residency Team, peer-to-peer debriefing sessions, support groups/mentoring, and rounding.
