Description
FocusOne is looking for a friendly, dependable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. This is an on-site position working Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
College students are welcome and encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees, guests, and visitors
- Greet and assist guests in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls as needed
- Monitor and maintain the front desk area
- Help ensure office supplies are stocked and available
- Keep the break room stocked and organized
- Assist with general office tasks and other areas as needed
- Provide support to the team with additional administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer and office skills
Position Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

Location: Northwest Houston – Jersey Village/Cypress area
