Own the day-to-day showroom experience, ensuring the space is professional, organized, current and customer-ready.
Welcome and assist showroom visitors, helping customers navigate product options and connecting them with the appropriate Account Executive when needed.
Maintain product displays, architect folders and showroom sample libraries; integrate new collections and remove discontinued products.
Coordinate routine showroom and office services, including cleaning, equipment support, office supplies, A/V and other facility needs.

Sales & Customer Support
Support regional and national sales teams with showroom meetings, customer visits, product pulls, sample preparation and other sales-related needs.
Receive dealer and installer pricing inquiries and use Salesforce to identify and route requests to the appropriate Account Executive.

Coordinate outgoing and incoming customer shipments and daily carrier pickups.
Return samples collected from design firms to the mill and maintain orderly sample storage.
Provide Account Executives with a weekly report of samples sent to their assigned firms.
Events & Team Coordination
Partner with internal and external teams to plan and execute showroom events from setup through completion, including occasional events outside normal business hours.
Coordinate showroom and office calendars to reduce scheduling conflicts and support effective use of shared spaces.
Maintain the team vacation calendar and other shared scheduling tools as directed.
Support regional team meetings, customer presentations and other showroom-based activities.
