What You’ll Do:
- Safely operate company moving trucks (non-CDL)
- Lead a crew of 2–4 movers on residential and commercial jobs
- Wrap, load, pack, and protect customer furniture and belongings
- Keep the move running smoothly, efficiently, and safely
- Be the main point of contact for the customer on-site
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid Driver’s License (held for 2+ years) with a clean driving record (no major violations in past 5 years)
- Physical ability to lift and move 75–100+ lbs repeatedly
- Prior experience in moving, delivery, route driving, warehouse, or crew leadership
- Punctual, reliable, and strong communication skills
