Fast-Paced Flow
Your morning starts early alongside production, syncing quickly with the Supervisor's priorities and keeping communication crisp across the QA team. You'll move throughout the facility, staying close to the action, checking that the shift's paperwork is clean and complete, and watching for anything that could spark a food safety concern. When questions come in-from the floor or from USDA-you'll help keep answers clear, calm, and timely. As the day ramps up, you'll rotate to cover breaks, jump into the spot that needs you most, and keep the team aligned through end of production-then reset for the next day's push.
