● Support new product launches by ensuring compliance requirements are met before products go live.

● Monitor account health and proactively identify compliance risks.

US Product Compliance

● Review and maintain compliance documentation including CPCs, GCCs, Declarations of Conformity, test reports, FCC documentation, UL/ETL certificates, and other regulatory documents.

● Research applicable US regulations and determine compliance requirements for new products.

● Coordinate testing and certification with accredited third-party laboratories.

● Maintain accurate compliance records and internal tracking systems.

Amazon Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC)

● Manage Amazon TIC submissions and verification activities.

● Coordinate documentation for children's products, battery-powered products, electronics, and other regulated categories.

● Work with Amazon-approved laboratories to resolve verification requests.

● Monitor submission status and drive timely approvals.

Supplier & Laboratory Management

● Communicate directly with overseas manufacturers to obtain compliance documentation.

● Coordinate with testing laboratories including Intertek, SGS, TÜV, UL, Bureau Veritas, and other certification bodies.

● Track testing schedules, document requests, and certification timelines.

● Escalate compliance risks that could impact product launches or marketplace availability.

Required Qualifications

● 2+ years' experience supporting Amazon US (Vendor Central and/or Seller Central).

● Experience managing Amazon compliance cases, product safety investigations, listing suppressions, or ASIN reinstatements.

● Experience with US consumer product compliance.

● Strong understanding of Amazon Seller and Vendor Central workflows.

● Excellent written English communication skills.

● Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

● Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with more than one of the following is a plus:

● Children's Product Certificates (CPC) and General Certificates of Conformity (GCC)

● CPSC, CPSIA and ASTM requirements

● FCC, UL, ETL, NRTL and other US certification requirements

● Battery and electronics compliance

● Ability to assess new products and determine applicable US regulatory, testing, and certification requirements.

● Experience defining compliance requirements during new product development, including identifying applicable standards, certifications, and documentation before product launch.

● Working directly with third-party testing laboratories

● Communicating with overseas manufacturers and suppliers
