As Senior Corporate Counsel, International, you will serve as a strategic legal partner supporting a broad range of international commercial and operational matters. You will independently manage complex legal issues while balancing business objectives, patient needs, and regulatory requirements.

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret a wide range of commercial agreements, including distribution, procurement, supplier, sales, marketing, and commercial partnership contracts.

  • Partner with sales, marketing, distribution, and senior business leaders to provide concise, practical, and risk-based legal advice that enables commercial growth.

  • Support a portfolio of direct and distributor markets across Europe, including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Benelux, France, Spain, and Portugal, as well as Scandinavia, Central Europe, the Middle East, and additional international territories. • Support HR on complex employment and labor-law matters, particularly during workforce expansion into new countries, and manage external counsel where specialist advice is required.

  • Monitor evolving developments in medical device regulation, healthcare reimbursement, digital health, artificial intelligence, data privacy, and related international legal frameworks.

  • Contribute to legal process improvements, training, knowledge sharing, and horizon-scanning initiatives that prepare the business for future legal, regulatory, and compliance risks.

  • Operate independently, prioritize a diverse workload, and help stakeholders distinguish material risks from manageable issues while identifying workable business solutions.

EXTRA AWESOME:

We are excited to meet candidates who bring:

  • Experience advising sales, marketing, distribution, procurement, and senior business stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions and cultures.

  • Knowledge of medical device regulation, healthcare reimbursement systems, public procurement and tender processes, data privacy, and emerging digital health regulation.

  • A pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach, sound judgment, high integrity, and the confidence to operate independently with senior stakeholders.

  • Fluent English and German language. French language skills are beneficial but not essential.

  • Some experience with employment law, contentious matters, intellectual property, or healthcare marketing and promotion would be advantageous.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

  • The opportunity to support a rapidly growing international MedTech business at an exciting stage of expansion.

  • High visibility and direct partnership with senior business and legal leaders.

  • A high-tech environment, excellent working conditions, meaningful autonomy, and stimulating work in an innovative field.
