Job Description
- Manage product innovation and development activities and projects. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance innovation. - Oversee the innovation team and ensure effective execution of innovation plans. - Ensure compliance with innovation standards and company policies. - Prepare and review innovation reports and documentation. - Conduct innovation analysis and provide insights to improve innovation. - Mengelola aktivitas dan proyek inovasi dan pengembangan produk. - Mengembangkan dan menerapkan strategi untuk meningkatkan inovasi. - Mengawasi tim inovasi dan memastikan pelaksanaan rencana inovasi yang efektif. - Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar inovasi dan kebijakan perusahaan. - Menyiapkan dan meninjau laporan dan dokumentasi inovasi. - Melakukan analisis inovasi dan memberikan wawasan untuk meningkatkan inovasi.Company:
