Temporary Remote Outbound Sales Steak Advisor Positions:
Part-time hours = 20
Full Time hours = 40
$16.83 base pay plus commission structure and bonuses

Outbound Steak Advisor Responsibilities:
We are looking for sales-oriented individuals who want to establish a long-lasting relationship with our current customers, providing them with outstanding purchasing experiences, and answering any questions related to our Omaha Steaks products.
A typical day will consist of placing outbound sales calls, managing, and growing current customers by introducing any new products, answering customer inquiries.
These outbound calls are focused on pitching special offers and selling additional products to current customers.
You will excel at this position if you are sales-driven, able to handle objections, persistent, ambitious, and driven.
Outbound Steak Advisor knowledge, skills, and abilities:
2-year college degree or equivalent in Business or Marketing preferred, but not required.
Previous sales experience (inside sales representative, outside sales, telemarketing) with proven sales record.
PC skills including Outlook, ability to navigate website, accurate keyboarding skills (minimum 40 wpm).
Strong relationship building skills.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
Excellent written communication skills.
Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications You’ll Need:
A quiet workspace
An approved headset will be required to purchase (reimbursed by company)
Must have your own PC that is hard-wired to the internet (you can work from a laptop, but Wi-Fi/Wireless are not supported)
PC must be less than 5 years old and running Microsoft Windows 11 (Windows 7, Windows 8, MAC OS, and Chrome OS are not supported or allowed)
Windows 11 must be
CPU – 3.0 GHZ processor
RAM – 8GB or more
Drive – 256gb or more
Will need to complete a Computer Test & Internet Speed Test to meet the required specifications
Must have computer and virus protection
Must have anti-virus installed and up to date (Windows 11 built-in security center antivirus and/or 3rd party antivirus are supported) .
