Accounts Payable Helpdesk Specialist with Italian Language (KONE BUSINESS SERVICES) F/M

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Helpdesk Specialist with Italian to join our international KBS team. You will be responsible for a range of activities designed to ensure efficient and accurate support in the accounts payable area. Your daily tasks will involve close collaboration with suppliers and internal teams to facilitate the processing of invoices.

Who we are looking for? 

• You know how to work with modern helpdesk tools and systems, and you are eager to develop hands‑on experience with automated invoice processing, ERP platforms, and helpdesk solutions used in an international environment. 
• You are an experienced AP/AR professional who enjoys stakeholder interaction, structured processes, and technology‑enabled finance operations. 
• You have good attention to detail and enjoy structured, system‑driven work 
• You have a service‑oriented mindset and you enjoy helping others to resolve issues 
• You communicate clearly and professionally in the Italian language - level A1 is required (as an additional language Polish and/or Spanish is an advantage) 

What you will do? 

• You will be the first point of contact for suppliers and internal colleagues regarding questions about invoices and payments. 
• You will coordinate issue resolution with procurement, finance, and suppliers using system‑based workflows in line with internal controls and SLAs 
• You will contribute to a high quality of AP data across systems and to maintain accurate documentation
• You will support process improvements, automation initiatives, and knowledge base updates 

Who will succeed in this role? 

• You are proficient in English and you posses an A1-level of Italian

• You already have experience in a finance or procurement support/helpdesk role 
• You are comfortable working with multiple systems, automation and digital tools – use our AI solution where it makes it easier for you

We offer you the basic salary starting from 1.800 EUR/gross, but the final compensation will be agreed with regard to your experience.
