After School Program Leader/ Primary School Professional-Fullerton, CA
Pay: $19.00 per hour
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping memories that children will cherish for a lifetime. As a Program Leader we are looking for individuals to inspire, spark curiosity, encourage creativity, foster a sense of community, warmth, and promote a deep sense of belonging for every child.

Location: Acacia Elementary
Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday-1:50/2:00-6:00 PM
- Wednesday 12:00-6:00 PM
- (TK/K get out at 2:10 & 1st grade and up get out at 2:30).

Here's what you'll need:
- Must have completed 48 college credits or passed a paraeducator exam.
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have or be willing to obtain CPR and Frist Aid certification completed in person.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
- Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations
As an AlphaBEST Program Leader, you'll be trained to do the following:
- Lead a group of students through exciting adventures in fitness, the arts, technology, and more!
- Work collaboratively with peers to ignite children's sense of wonder.
- Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students' interests and talents.
- Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, and parent relationships are fostered.
