About The Role
You will be responsible for overseeing and improving business processes within an organization.
This role involves streamlining operations, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring compliance with company standards. The Process Lead collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement, implement best practices, and lead process optimization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key advisor providing insights and recommendations on process changes -related strategies, investments, and risks.
- Influence organizational strategies by leveraging deep knowledge of technical, regulatory, and operational trends in
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to align technical capabilities with business needs, enabling innovation and efficiency across the company.
- Work with teams across departments (e.g., HR, Finance, IT, Manufacturing) to prioritize initiatives and implement and standardize best practices,
- Lead change initiatives by helping teams adapt to new processes and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Facilitate training and communication on new procedures.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of process improvements.
- Report on process performance and improvements to senior management.
- Manage process improvement projects from planning through implementation, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure all practices, procedures, and technologies are compliant with relevant industry standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or areas for improvement.
- Ensure that business processes are efficiently designed, scalable, and consistently executed across the organization.
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology and automation to improve processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for CoEs, HR Operations, external partners, vendors, to support problem solving and roll out of new initiatives,
- Develop and maintain internal documentation, technical reports, and guidelines to ensure continuous improvement in compliance, process efficiency, and technical execution.

About You
Min Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
Specific experience and industry knowledge required.
- Familiarity with HRM systems (e.g., Workday) and workflow automation tools.
- Experience in cross functional projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to drive process standardization and continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, customer management skills, analytical, change management and communication skills.
