- Lead the enterprise growth operating cadence, including monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews, executive performance reviews, and strategic growth governance forums.
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards and growth scorecards that provide visibility into commercial performance, pipeline health, customer growth, strategic initiatives, and key business outcomes.
- Partner with Commercial Finance, Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Business Unit leaders to monitor performance against growth targets and identify opportunities to improve results.
- Own tracking and reporting of enterprise growth initiatives, ensuring clear accountability, milestone achievement, risk management, and realization of expected business value.
- Coordinate corrective action planning when performance falls short of objectives, facilitating cross-functional alignment and follow-through to improve outcomes.
- Enable data-driven decision-making by transforming performance data into actionable insights, recommendations, and executive-level business narratives.
- Drive continuous improvement of growth governance processes, reducing complexity while increasing visibility, discipline, and organizational accountability.
- Support executive leadership with preparation of performance updates, operating reviews, and strategic growth assessments.
- Partner with commercial analytics and digital teams to scale performance tracking capabilities, automate reporting where possible, and improve data quality and accessibility.
- Act as a central connector across the Growth organization, ensuring alignment between growth priorities, performance measurement, governance processes, and enterprise objectives.
