In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by delivering high-quality nursing care in a skilled nursing environment. A Typical Day:
- Oversee resident care, medication administration, and clinical documentation.
- Partner with residents, families, physicians, and care teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Lead and support CNAs through supervision, coaching, and orientation of new staff.
- Foster resident engagement while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.
Requirements
What We Need From A Candidate:
- Must be licensed (LPN) by the state of South Carolina and in good standing with a current active license
- Must have the ability and knowledge to act in a supervisory capacity
- BLS certified OR willingness to get certified within 3 months of employment.
- Consistently demonstrate professionalism and clinical skills
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct exhibiting a respectful and courteous demeanor at all times
- Ability to stand, stoop, bend, reach, squat, climb, reach above head, carry, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and written
