Job Description

Job Responsibilities: (Primary Duties, Roles, and/or Authorities)

  • • Receive and process products in accordance with company procedures.

  • • Inspect products for damage, defects, missing components, and resale eligibility.

  • • Accurately scan, sort, and record inventory transactions using WMS, SAP, JDE, or similar systems.

  • • Maintain accurate warehouse records to support inventory accuracy, product traceability, and operational efficiency.

  • • Identify discrepancies and communicate findings to appropriate teams.

  • • Provide feedback and recommendations to support process improvements and inventory accuracy.

  • • Safely lift, carry, move, and stack boxes and products in accordance with warehouse safety guidelines.

  • • Crosstrain in other warehouse functions to provide operational support during peak periods, breaks, absences, and vacations.

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or GED required.

  • 1 year of relevant experience required.

  • Experience with material handling and radio frequency equipment, preferred.

 Knowledge and Skills:

  • Good verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment.

  • Ability to read and interpret distribution documents.

  • Basic analytical, organizational and prioritization skills.

  • Proficient in the use of a PC, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong initiative and drive for results.

  • General distribution knowledge.

While performing this job, the associate is regularly exposed to episodes of walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, balancing, crouching, reaching, pushing/pulling, grasping, hearing, twisting, lifting, frequent use of hand to finger, handle, feel, pick or type which can include repetitive motion of the wrists, hands or fingers. The associate may occasionally be required to climb. The job may require lifting over 50lbs in some areas but not all. Associates must have normal field of vision corrected to 20/40 in each eye and must have hearing sufficient to safely operate MHE [Material Handling Equipment] in a manufacturing/distribution environment.

Work Environment: (if applicable)

The noise level is moderate to loud. There will almost always be exposure to work near moving mechanical equipment, exposure to precarious situations and potential temperature excursions. Occasionally the position will have exposure to fumes/airborne particles.
