Front Desk Agent - 7 am to 3 pm and 3pm to 11 pm
FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE
Pay: $ 17.00 to $ 19.00 based on experience.
We are looking for outgoing, professional individuals who enjoy working with guests and providing excellent customer service. Because hotels operate 7 days a week, applicants should have reliable transportation and be available to work their scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays when required.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Check guests in and out.
- Answer phones and assist with reservations.
- Respond to guest questions and concerns.
- Process payments accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk.
- Communicate with housekeeping and other departments.
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent guest service throughout the shift.
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable using computers and learning hotel systems
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
