Role:
We are looking for an Associate – Talent Allocation with 0–1 year of experience to join our Talent Allocation team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in resource management, talent development, and technology.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Talent Allocation team in managing resource allocation requirements across projects.
  • Maintain and update resource availability, bench status, skills, and deployment information.
  • Assist in identifying suitable internal resources against project requirements.
  • Prepare and format resource profiles for client submissions.
  • Coordinate with employees, Project Managers, Delivery Managers, and Talent Acquisition teams regarding resource availability and requirements.
  • Track resources rolling off projects and maintain their bench readiness status.
  • Follow up on interviews, profile feedback, and allocation decisions.
  • Assist in arranging technical evaluations, mock interviews etc. for bench resources.
  • Ensure resource information, allocation updates, and project requirements are documented accurately.
  • Respond to stakeholder queries regarding resource availability and allocation updates.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business administration or computer science/engineering
  • 0–1 year of experience; fresh graduates with some previous internship experience in HR are encouraged to apply. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ownership, time management and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of technology and different software development/QA stacks.
  • Good command of MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with different stakeholders.
