Trainee – New Product Introduction / Life Cycle Management
This outstanding opportunity is open to recent graduates who are interested in working in Biotherapeutics Drug Product Operations, with a focus on Drug Product Manufacturing and Aseptic Processing.
As a trainee, you will gain insight into key aspects of pharmaceutical manufacturing, including compounding and aseptic filling of parenteral products, as well as the fundamentals of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice). You will work in a dynamic environment, support the NPI/LCM team, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the NPI/LCM team.
- Support new product introductions and continuous improvement projects.
- Provide hands-on support during the production of engineering, clinical, and validation batches in compounding and aseptic filling facilities.
- Support the preparation, review, and approval of documentation.
- Collect, classify, and structure data for reports.

What you bring
We are looking for recent university graduates with a Master’s degree in Life Science, Pharmaceutical Science, Biotechnology, or Engineering.
Fluency in English (minimum C1) and German (minimum C1)
