The role is responsible for supporting the Agency Learning & Development function to develop & implement effective learning & development interventions and incidental sales support to help PRUVenture associates and leaders to acquire essential competencies and desired behaviors to achieve high productivity & professional development.Job Descriptions:
- Implement learning and development initiatives to address the agency’ short-term to long-term productivity goals and selling professionalism
- Monitor the business performance and provide timely reports to PRUVenture associates to achieve planned business targets and objectives
- Collect feedback, analyze data & other related business indicators to measure learning & development effectiveness.
- Build and maintenance of a strong relationship with stakeholders internally and externally to expand the manpower of PRUVenture associates and leaders.
- Deliver learning and development programs through classroom, virtual, and recorded learning formats, ensuring an engaging and effective learning experience tailored to different audiences.
- Support agency/ Company events from planning to execution and any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Communications, Advertising/Media, Psychology or equivalent
- Professional qualification(s) preferred: FLMI, CFP, FChFP etc
Minimum 4 - 5 years’ experience in insurance / banking / other wealth management industry
Experience in distribution support or front-line sales is preferable
Preferably with work background in life insurance industry
